With the ZLP1000 suspended cradle, you get to have complete facades access equipment that is equipped with 2 electric LTD hoists along with support wheels. The whole structure is suspended with steel wire ropes that are hoisted from the suspension structure. An effective complete system has been made in such a way that it ensures complete safety of the users at all times and places.
A number of safety devices are fitted with the constructions working platform which help to keep the unit steady. These include the service brake systems incorporated with the LTD hoists, the upper limit switches, 2 fall arrest devices or anti-tilt LSF safety locks that are fitted with the safety wire ropes, the emergency stop option and overload sensor that come with the LTD hoists.
